Primarily Alkobel is a wholeseller and its service is adapted to the needs of resellers, public services and large construction companies specifically, but everybody is welcome to order through our web shop.
Also we have a show room at Zwijndrecht (Antwerp) where you are welcome for more information or for a a custom price offer.
Our products have differential prices according to ordered volumes. If your order exceeds this numbers we can make a custom price offer. In this case, please contact our sales department.
New customers and private persons will be asked to pay in advance or upon receipt of the goods. If you have ordered before a 30 days payment delay can be granted. Payment terms are always subject to prior consent by Alkobel. If you have specific request concerning payment or invoicing please contact our staff.
Alkobel strives to keep prices as low and as competitive as possible. Therefore cash discounts are not possible. You can obtain commercial advantages by ordering larger quantities (see differential prices) or by collecting your shipment to exclude transportation costs.

Methods
You can collect the order in person at our Zwijndrecht showroom. To avoid unnecessary waiting, please announce the pick-up date beforehand.
You can send your own transport firm to pick up your order. Please announce the pick-up date beforehand.
Small orders with limited volume can be sent by post or by courrier. The cost will be confirmed by our staff members in the order confirmation.
Alkobel works together with a transport firm and can deliver the goods at your premises. Costs are subject to the address of delivery, the volume and weight of the shipment. The exact cost will be confirmed upon confirmation of the order and transport price offers can always be provided upon request.
For urgent deliveries an express service is possible. Please contact our sales department for express bookings.

For some large volume shipments pallets are required (europallet or industrial pallet). Our staff can advise which pallet is needed for your order, which costs are involved and if a return pallet must be provided.
Please keep in mind that for discharge a forklift may be required. Thank you for informing us timely in case this might cause problems.
If the goods are available at the Alkobel warehouse (in stock) they will be shipped day of order +1 at the latest. You may expect them at your premises day of order +2 for Belgium and day of order + 3 for neighbour countries. For other countries an estimated date of delivery will be communicated.
Not all items are in stock at the Alkobel warehouse. Our team can confirm the availability upon request.

The Alkobel warehouse contains many items in large numbers but not all items are available at all times. To be sure you're article is available we suggest you call our team. They will check the availability instantly.
We aim for the highest level of quality for products and for service. However, it cannot be excluded that a product would be damaged during manufacturing, handling or transport.

It is important that you notify an Alkobel employee of the damage of your complaint as soon as possible. Also we recommend you take pictures of the damage. To return the goods please insure proper packaging is used for shipment and the return document is attached. This document is available in the Download section of this website.
Alkobel will analyse your complaint and will suggest a proper solution in case of a legit complaint.
