It is important that you notify an Alkobel employee of the damage of your complaint as soon as possible. Also we recommend you take pictures of the damage. To return the goods please insure proper packaging is used for shipment and the return document is attached. This document is available in the Download section of this website.
Alkobel will analyse your complaint and will suggest a proper solution in case of a legit complaint.
